| You have the right to cancel your subscription by writing to: Order Cancellation, We will refund your payment provided that we receive written cancellation instructions, together with any copies of The Connexion sent to you, by the 21st day of the month in which your subscription started. Returned copies of The Connexion must be in their original condition with the cover packaging unopened. You can cancel your subscription at any time after this period but no refund will be payable. This refund policy is only applicable to orders placed online. |
