MOST banks now offer to arrange services à la personne (home help) like housework, childminding, handyman work etc – via phone or internet (with exceptions like HSBC and Banque Populaire).

This typically requires a subscription but after that the prices are based on the going rate in the area with the banks taking a commission from the worker.

You are not considered to be employing the worker, so there are minimal formalities.
