A NEW radio show for English-speakers in the Charente is looking for volunteer contributors to get involved.
The weekly AngloFile programme launched on September 1 on community station Radio Accords which
broadcasts to Angoulême, Cognac, Chalais, Ruffec, Confolens and Charente Limousine.
Fronted by retired TV writer Rosemary Mason – one of the founding writers on EastEnders – the magazine show includes local news and discussion on French and British culture.
It airs every Tuesday between 20.00 and 20.30.
“Radio is convivial and fun,” Mason said. “So if you fancy hearing yourself on air, or reporting from your neck of the woods, feel free to join us.”
