SOS Help, the English-language counselling service, is appealing for more volunteers to man the helpline.

The next recruitment days are on October 8 and 13 at 19.00 at the American Church of Paris, 65 Quai d’Orsay.

The group is also arranging an English book sale on October 24 at St Joseph’s Church, 50
Avenue Hoche in the eighth arrondissement.
