A NEW event aims to give retired residents in the Languedoc ideas for how to make the most of their time.

The Cap Liberté Seniors show will give free seminars on housing improvement, health, travel and leisure.

The event runs from November 6-8 at the Parc des Expositions in Béziers and opens daily at 13.00.
