I want to subscribe, when will I receive my first copy? |

Your subscription request and payment need to have been received by the 16th of the month in order for you to receive the following month edition. If you subscribe online, the deadline is the 16th, midnight. As an example, if we received your subscription on 23rd of March, the first issue you would receive would be May. |

Yes. You can see your 6 digit subscriber number printed above your name at the top of the plastic bag wrapping in which The Connexion arrives each month. |

I am moving, how do I let you know of my change of address? |

You need to let us know by the 16th of the month in order for us to apply the change in time for the following month edition. You can make the change yourself from our Manage your subscription facility HERE or let us know by post, or by EMAIL. |

How do I label my address on the online form? |
| A: |
After you have entered your name, you’ll need to enter your full address details. We would like to remind you that entering the name of your Departement or Region is unnecessary as all relevant details are in fact already included in your postcode. Please do not use punctuation, hyphens or accents. Make sure your address is spelt properly. Our routage company uses a software to print delivery labels, and the tips above will ensure that your paper will be delivered in a timely manner. Which cards do you accept for payment? |

We accept any card bearing either the Visa or MasterCard sign, whether they are debit or credit cards, French or foreign. |

I want to subscribe online, in which currency will my payment be taken? |
| A: |
Payment will be taken in Euros and the payment will be converted in your home currency by your bank if subscribing online using a non-Euro denominated card. You can also pay by cheque although this will need posting to us. We accept either sterling cheques drawn against a UK bank and you can check our tariffs on the online subscription page or in the paper, or Euro cheques drawn against a French bank. |

How will I get notified that my subscription is about to expire? |

If we have your email address, we will send you an email renewal notice a few weeks before renewal is due. Make sure you therefore notify us if you change your email address. Make sure also that your spam filter does not block emails coming from connexionfrance.com.
If we do not have an email address for you, we will send you a renewal notice by post. |

Why do you need my email address? |

We use email to send subscription renewal notifications. This will therefore help us save on postage and printing costs and you'll help the environment too. If you change your email address, let us know via the ‘MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION’ page or by EMAIL. |

Can my subscription be renewed automatically? |
| A: |
Yes. So that your subscription gets renewed automatically, the Automatic Renewal box above the Submit button should remain ticked when subscribing. Your subscription will get renewed automatically using the FuturePay service from WorldPay. Please read “How does FuturePay’s Automatic Renewal work” (below) to find out more. |

I do not want my subscription to automatically be renewed, what do I need to do? |

If you do not wish for your subscription to be automatically renewed, you will simply need to untick the FuturePay option box above the Submit button. |

How does FuturePay’s Automatic Renewal work? |
| A: |
If you choose to have FuturePay, you will receive a User ID and password by email once your subscription payment has been processed. Please make a note of them and keep in a safe place. If any of the card details you used do change before the renewal date, you will need to update these details on the FuturePay site before that date, or your next payment will fail and your subscription will subsequently not get renewed. You can also cancel the agreement at any time. As the Merchant, we can cancel an agreement for you and change the amount due but we cannot change your card details for you. We also cannot change the date at which the payment is taken. To find out more, click HERE. |

I have missed a copy, how can I get a back issue? |
| A: |
You can contact us for a card payment and we can send you the back issue you are missing. Sending a back issue to an address in France costs 3€ + 2.30€, so 5.20€ in total. If you need more than one back issue, please contact us for the price. Alternatively you can buy and download back issues in a PDF format from our website HERE.
