NHS amusement
I have lived in France for 12 years and am amused to see how people miss the UK health service.
11 November 2019
By While I was living in the UK, l had back pain for four months, then was sent back and forth between a doctor and physio, then offered blanket paracetamol. The only way to cure it was to go privately for two spinal injections at a cost of £2,500 each.
I am sorry to admit that the health service in France is far superior to the UK as my wife worked in the NHS as a trained nurse all her life.
