Gendarmes appeal for information on jogger missing in Paris

Woman, 41, disappeared near a towpath beside River Oise

Concern is mounting for the safety of a 41-year-old Ile-de-France woman who went missing while out jogging at the weekend.

Anne-Frédéric Obszynski, who lives in Taverny, Val-d'Oise, disappeared at about 16:00 on Sunday, close to a towpath not far from the Méry-sur-Oise bridge.

She had parked her car, a gray Citroën Saxo, on Chemin de Halage, said the gendarmerie. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a grey or purple hoodie, black jogging pants and black trainers with white soles.

Ms Obszynski is described as 1.70m tall, with blonde, shoulder-length hair.

Anyone with information as to her possible whereabouts is urged to contact gendarmes at Versailles on 01 34 41 54 45.
