Paris square named Princess Diana

A square in Paris is to be renamed ‘place Diana princesse de Galles’, in memory of Princess Diana.

It is situated right above pont de l’Alma, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Currently named place Maria-Callas, the square is well-known, as tourists already come from around the world to pay their respects to the princess, who died after a car accident there 22 years ago.
