All payment information is handled by Cerillion Skyline. Cerillion Skyline is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) billing application built to comply with the latest security standards and web technologies and uses an embedded payment service provider to store encrypted credit card details in a secure vault with the highest level of PCI DSS compliance (Level 1).
Your credit/debit card details are not held on our servers.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every general email or by emailing us at email@example.com.

Storage of card details and ability to update these
All subscriptions have an auto-renewal function activated. Your credit or debit card details are stored to enable this to work. You can switch off the auto-renewal function at any time via the 'My Account' area of the website. If you wish to have your credit or debit card details updated or removed completely from the secure database please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the email address you used to subscribe and we will organise this.
Credit or debit card details are not stored for one-off purchases only, eg for the purchase of a help guide or an item from our shop etc.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
