Smart bikes for hire
Free-standing bikes for hire are appearing in more cities in France.
After Paris and Lille the company CityScoot has set its sights on Metz, Reims and Nice. The bikes have no fixed stations and can be unlocked using a smartphone.
Three other companies, Coup, Cooltra and Scoot are also set to introduce free-standing hire bikes to other cities.
