What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made via ApplePay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard or Amex. We do not accept PayPal or Maestro.
All payments are processed in euros. If your card is not euro-denominated your card provider will undertake the conversion.

I have just purchased a subscription, when will it start?
All subscriptions give immediate access to all our online content.
If you selected a Print and Digital subscription: The Connexion is a monthly publication and the deadline is the 12th day of each month in order to subscribe and receive the following month's edition.
For example, subscriptions received on or before July 12 will start with the August edition, subscriptions received on or before August 12 will start with the September edition etc.

How does automatic renewal work?
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew - we will email you in advance of renewal - so you do not need to do anything to continue enjoying The Connexion.
If you want to switch the automatic renewal off, go to My Account and click the 'Manage subscription' link.

How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to My Account and then the 'Manage subscription' page. Under ‘Subscriptions’, press 'Cancel Subscription.' Your subscription will then expire at the end of its term.
