MP intervention gets swift result
I read with interest the letter from Peter Arnold (September edition) about driving licences.
I was in a similar position.
I decided to write to my local MP, as he should be interested to know that CERT is failing in its role.
He wrote to the director of CERT on my behalf and within a week I had an email from CERT requesting further information and had my licence a month later.
