Accountants have been offering free telephone consultations in May and June
For PAS related queries (in French only) call 0809 401 401, open Monday to Friday 8:30-19:00 at local call rates. This can be used by both residents and non-residents.
When you call the number, press 0 after the opening words (you will hear tapez zéro pour poursuivre votre appel) and then choose option 2 for PAS issues.
There is also option 4 for those who ‘do not have internet or are having difficulties with their online procedures,’ which is the best way to speak to an advisor for general issues.
Free tax advice
Accountants have been offering free telephone consultations to help people with their tax declarations in May and June over the last 15 years.
Although the service is run by accountants from Ile-de-France, you do not need to live in the region to benefit.
Their helpline is available on 08000 65432 from 9:00 to 18:00 on May 22 and 27 and June 3, and from 9:00 to 21:00 on May 21 and 28 and June 4.
