I have income from abroad but so far no instalments have been taken from my account. Is this normal?
If you have regular income from abroad of a kind taxable in France you should normally be paying installments on it if you have declared the same income in your last income return or if it is a new income stream that you have notified to the tax office via your personal space on the tax website.
We suggest you check that you notified the tax office of your bank account and declared the income as being from a foreign source in your last declaration.
If in doubt, contact your tax office by sending a message via your personal space on impots.gouv.fr asking for clarification.
