Did Le Pen stay at the Negresco in Beirut?

French Presidential candidate Marine le Pen travelled to Lebanon this week, for a visit during which – according to the right-wing news site Breitbart – she would ‘meet persecuted Christians’. Only problem was, the photo used showed her in Nice.
This appraisal on the status of Christians in Lebanon visit was widely criticised and mocked on social media, as illustrated by the Independent.
However, here at Connexion, we spotted another anomaly: the AP photo on the Breitbart site, beneath the headline ‘Marine le Pen arrives in Lebanon’ appears to show le Pen swamped by press and public... but in Nice, not Beirut.
