Bergerac airport has unveiled its summer 2026 schedule, with several UK-France flights operated by Ryanair to return.

The low-cost carrier axed its winter routes from the airport for the current season as part of wider cuts to French services, leading to fears that summer services could also be cancelled.

Following the announcement, head of Dordogne Chamber of Commerce and Industry that manages the airport Christophe Fauvel told The Connexion that he expected Ryanair would return for the summer 2026 period.

Earlier announcements from Ryanair about the summer 2026 schedule saw the return of a Bergerac-London Stansted route announced, although links to several other regional UK airports were yet to be confirmed as returning.

On Tuesday (December 16) however, the airport unveiled its full summer schedule.

Six Ryanair routes

Ryanair’s summer routes from Bergerac include the following destinations:

  • London Stansted, daily

  • Liverpool, twice per week

  • Bristol, three times per week

  • Bournemouth, twice per week

  • East Midlands (Nottingham), three times per week

  • Edinburgh, twice per week

A previous route from Bergerac to Belgium operated by Ryanair has not returned.

Other routes across the summer period from Bergerac include:

  • Leeds-Bradford, once per week operated by Jet2

  • London City Airport, five times per week operated by British Airways CityFlyer (the airline also offers its own services to London Stansted)

  • Rotterdam, between two and five times per week operated by Transavia

Tickets are available to book through respective operator websites.

The Ryanair summer schedule is still being announced, although the operator has warned it will continue to cut services to France in light of increased taxes and more profitable opportunities elsewhere.
