Spanish truffle invasion worries French producers
French truffle producers are worried that Spain has been producing more and more of the delicacies in recent years.

Around 30 tons were produced in France, against 45 tons in Spain, between December 2017 and March 2018. Spain does not have traditional truffle-based dishes, so most are exported, notably to France, where 80 tons of truffles are eaten every year.
