WATCH: US comedian Jimmy Fallon mocks France for its bedbugs
The late show host sang a song dressed as a bare-chested Emmanuel Macron

American comedian Jimmy Fallon, host of The Tonight Show, took to the stage to deliver a teasing ditty about France’s ‘bedbug infestation’ problem dressed as a bare-chested President Macron.
Mr Fallon put on his best rasping French accent, donned a beret, and with a glass of red wine and a baguette to hand, performed a little song warning about the dangers of bedbugs during the Paris fashion week:
“Anywhere they can creep
Even chest hair you see
So give them a clean
With a spritz of Febreze
But it is fashion week
Louis V and Gucci

Chalamet, Timothée.
He is dating Kylie
He plays Wonka, Willy

Mr Macron was famously photographed last year wearing the same outfit, sans beret, baguette and wine glass (click on the arrows below to scroll through the images).
The Elysée has not commented on Mr Fallon’s performance.
Bedbugs have been in the news daily in France in recent weeks with people spotting them on train seats and in cinemas.
