Eurotunnel and disabled travellers
Disabled travellers can preregister from their cars
I regularly use Eurotunnel. When EES starts will disabled people who use wheelchairs have to get out of their cars to use pre-registration kiosks?
We asked Eurotunnel about this and a spokeswoman said that disabled travellers will be met by a staff member who will take a tablet computer to their car and hand it to them for the preregistration.
They will not have to get out of their cars. It is not clear how relevant passengers will be identified and directed, but it is likely that details of such requirements will be collected in advance as passengers finalise their travel arrangements.
