Brad Pitt honoured with Paris waxwork
Actor joins George Clooney and Barack Obama at Musée Grévin, the French answer to Madame Tussauds
BRAD Pitt has become the latest star to have his own waxwork at the Musée Grévin, the French equivalent of Madame Tussauds.
The award-winning actor, who owns a château in the Var with Angelina Jolie, joins George Clooney, Rachida Dati, Simone Veil and Barack Obama at the popular Paris museum.
His waxwork double will be unveiled this morning. Pitt himself will not be attending, as he is busy filming in the UK, but museum bosses hope he will visit soon.
The model was built by French sculptor Stéphane Barret, based on photos and video clips of the star.
Other new additions to the museum in the past year have included Philippe Starck, Franck Dubosc, Mika, Sébastien Chabal and Cecilia Bartoli.
The Musée Grévin was founded in 1882 and attracts more than 800,000 visitors a year.
