All new landline users in Finistère will be given internet- based phone services that work like Skype, on Voice-over-Internet, in a test to prepare for changes to the copper network.
Users in 14 communes will test how the new VoIP phones work as Orange says switching will give better service while new optical exchanges will increase broadband capacity.
