Man held after dog is dragged by scooter

A young man who dragged a dog behind a scooter will face court in March after leaving the Amer­ican Staff with cuts all over its face and body and paws covered in blood.

Social media users alerted police in Bobigny, Yve­lines, to a video of the cruelty and animal rights groups filed complaints. The dog is now in a refuge and looking for new owners.
