A young man who dragged a dog behind a scooter will face court in March after leaving the American Staff with cuts all over its face and body and paws covered in blood.
Social media users alerted police in Bobigny, Yvelines, to a video of the cruelty and animal rights groups filed complaints. The dog is now in a refuge and looking for new owners.
