Passengers flying via Montpellier today face delays of up to three and a half hours because of traffic controller strike
FLIGHTS in to and out of Montpellier airport are delayed by up to three and a half hours today because of a strike by air traffic controllers.
The walkout is affecting flights linking Montpellier to Lyon, Nantes, Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.
Delays will range between 30 minutes and three and a half hours, the airport said in a statement.
This morning's flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle is due to land an hour and a half late. Air France flights from Lyon and Paris Orly are also delayed, but the length of the wait is not yet known.
