A “noise radar” aimed at catching loud motorbikers is being trialled in Yvelines.
On a Sunday in August, one radar, on a mast in Saint-Forget, detected 450 “noise peaks”.
Bikers whose vehicles disturb residents can face fines of between €45 and €180 and the confiscation of their motorbike.
