Solution to late magazines?

WITH reference to the letter on UK magazines arriving late in France (Connexion, June), it may be of help to know that you can usually request delivery under plain rather than transparent cover and for some unexplained reason, magazines arrive more promptly. I have requested this service for two subscriptions and it works.
