Can I drive in UK with French licence?
I have a French driving licence. Will I be able to drive on it in the UK or will I need an International Driving Permit?

Prior to Brexit day when there was a possibility of the UK leaving the EU with no Withdrawal Agreement, the UK gave out guidance that EU licences would still be valid to use on visits to the UK after Brexit and it would not require holders to have IDPs.
However this is no longer shown on official UK sites. A UK government source said there is no set policy on this at present and it will depend on the outcome of the future relationship talks. Nothing will change in the transition period. If necessary IDPs can be applied for at ants.gouv.fr
