A new monthly subscription service is now available in France, granting access to some of US television’s highest-rated programmes.

‘Pass Warner’, available via Amazon Prime, includes popular HBO series and dozens of other channels.

The subscription adds a huge range of English-language content and may be particularly appealing to Americans in France.

The pass launched on March 16, however not all of the content is available to access just yet.

12 channels alongside blockbuster series

The new ‘Pass Warner’ allows viewers to watch all of the content from the American television network HBO – including critically-acclaimed shows like Game of Thrones and Chernobyl, or older classics like The Sopranos and The Wire.

The pass will also provide access to 12 Warner-owned TV channels, ranging from CNN and Eurosport (which will show the Paris 2024 Olympic Games) to the Discovery Channel and Cartoon Network.

After French group OCS lost the rights to host Warner content in France, Amazon swooped to purchase them.

A full list of available channels can be found here, on Prime Video’s website.

The pass is available to existing Amazon Prime Video subscribers for a monthly cost of €9.99, with a 30-day free trial.

If you do not yet have Amazon Prime Video, the base subscription is €6.99 a month, or you can purchase a yearly subscription for €69.90.
