In the potager this month

Readers with a potager (vegetable garden) are in for a bumper récolte (harvest) this month, with tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, onions and shallots to gather, as well as courgettes and red fruits.

As for sowing, try beetroot, carrots, curly endive and fennel.
