MUSEUMS across France will take part in the 10th European Night at the Museum event this Saturday.
An estimated 1,300 venues across the country are taking part in the annual event, which sees them stay open, many of them for free, until midnight.
In total, 3,000 museums - from London to Istanbul - in 30 countries are taking part in the event.
Attractions include tours by torchlight and a chance to see behind the scenes of certain museums.
Last year, about 2million people across Europe visited museums taking part in the ninth Night.
Venues in France taking part in the Nuit des Musées include Paris’s Pompidou Centre, the musée Bonnat Helleu in Bayonne, the musée Granet in Aix-en-Provence, and the musée de la Camargue in Arles.
