Buyers complete sales in a month

SOME property buyers in Paris are managing to complete property sales in less than a month, while the average delay is just 48 days.

The statistics, from property company Century 21, show that the delay in the sale has fallen by about 33 per cent from last year.

Figures show the delay in June 2009 was 75 days. Elsewhere in France, the delay is 82 days, down from 101 days last year.
