French schools to teach Highway Code
The Highway Code will be taught in schools as part of an attempt to slash the cost of learning to drive for young people, President Emmanuel Macron has said.
Mr Macron said he “wants to help get the permit faster and cheaper”, and promises a “drastic” reduction in its cost. The measures will be introduced in a mobility law to be presented to MPs by the end of the year.
