At a Sephora perfume shop we used the gift wrapping service.
The gift my wife bought for me at the counter was Guerlain aftershave. When I opened it on January 10, my birthday, inside was a bottle of Dior Homme Sport instead. I have written explaining the wrong product was wrapped, and asked for a refund on the price difference and an explanation but have received no reply.
