List: 164 Auchan supermarkets set to become Intermarché or Netto
The stores are set to change banners from October, see if yours is affected

Auchan is beginning the next stage of its transformation of its French supermarket network in October, with 164 stores set to operate under the Intermarché or Netto banners.
The changes will begin on October 1 and take place in stages until May 2027.
However, the supermarkets will not be sold to Intermarché. Instead, they will be transferred to A+Super, a new legal entity owned by Auchan Retail France, and operated as franchises under the Intermarché or Netto.
The project was approved by France's competition authority in July. At that stage, the authority said 167 Auchan stores would move under the Intermarché or Netto banners.
Auchan then confirmed on September 24 that the final number had been reduced to 164.
These changes are part of a wider plan affecting 266 Auchan supermarkets across France. Of these:
164 will transfer to A+Super and operate under the Intermarché or Netto banners
72 will be sold to members of the Groupement Mousquetaires, which owns Intermarché and Netto
17 could be sold to Lidl, subject to approval by the competition authorities
13 will remain within Auchan Retail France and operate under other formats
“Auchan Retail announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Lidl for the sale of 17 supermarkets in France,” Auchan said in a press release.
The proposed sale of the 17 stores to Lidl could be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
The 17 stores are in Vézeronce-Curtin (Isère), Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône (Bouches-du-Rhône), Salernes (Var), Saint-Jean-de-Bournay (Isère), Forcalquier (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (Savoie), Montpon-Ménestérol (Dordogne), Cahors (Lot) , Villefontaine (Isère), Calais (Pas-de-Calais), Saint-Quentin (Aisne), Sallèles-d’Aude (Aude), Crest (Drôme), Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), Aurec-sur-Loire (Haute-Loire), Vitry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne) and Harnes (Pas-de-Calais).
“With a solution now identified for each of the 266 integrated stores concerned, this transformation does not foresee any closures,” Auchan added.
