Culture minister calling for more flexibility

Libraries are set to open for longer, with libraries open for 20% longer in large towns and 50 hours a week in those with 100,000 residents or more.
The culture minister said it was not vital all 7,700 town libraries be open on Sundays but asked that all options be studied.
