Temperatures plunge as arctic blast hits France
Forecasters warn wind-chill factor will make cold snap feel even worse, with Paris shivering in -13C conditions, and Alpine regions dipping as low as -25C

Arctic temperatures are forecast over the coming days, Météo-France has warned as what has been dubbed the Moscow-Paris cold front sweeps across the country.
The dip in temperatures is already being felt, but the national forecaster warned freezing conditions will continue into next week - and said that the wind-chill factor will make temperatures feel much lower.
Tuesday is forecast to see the lowest temperatures. Forecasters predict mid-day temperatures of -2C in Lille, -1C in Paris, 0C in Brest and Bordeaux, and 3C in Marseille.
But they warn the wind-chill factor means it will feel like -13C to -17C in the northeast of the country, -10C to -13C in the western half, and between -20C and -25C in the Alps.
