Terror scare passes Tunisia tourism rises
Spain, Greece, Italy and Portugal are still No1 picks for foreign holidays by French people but, despite the 2015 terror attacks, Tunisia has seen a 211% rise in bookings.

Domestic tourism is still strong, with Bordeaux being the top destination for French holidaymakers, and although at 83.2million there were 1.3m fewer foreign visitors France is still the leading world destination. Last year saw fewer Dutch (-18.5%), Italian (-11.4%) and Chinese (-8.7%) but there was a 15% rise in US visitors.
