FOR the second time in the last few years I have had problems with the unhelpfulness at Eurotunnel on the French side of the Channel when I was returning for a family funeral. They had no concept of customer relations and almost revel in self-congratulation when they feel they have proved it is your fault if you get a booking wrong. I strongly believe there is a different approach to customer relations on either side of the water.
