A range of inappropriate contract clauses that crop up in some contracts for home tuition have been criticised

A RANGE of inappropriate contract clauses that crop up in some contracts for home tuition have been criticised by the Commission des Clauses Abusives.

They include ones giving the tutor the right to change, without prior agreement, such details as the length of the contract or the price of the lessons.

This relates to the most common contract types: contrat de prestations de soutien scolaire and contrat de mandat de soutien scolaire.
