A CAPED cyclist has been filmed breaking the speed limit and being flashed by a speed camera.

The video, uploaded to YouTube by 90Capman, has received nearly 400,000 hits in three days.

It shows a cyclist wearing a cape being flashed by a speed camera in the town of Belfort where the limit is 50kph.
