RE: Your article on Fish and Chips (April 2018). In Lorignac, Charente-Maritime, there is a French bar/restaurant, Chef Marie makes the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Beer-battered fish, chips, and an atmosphere of entente cordiale between French and English customers, makes this a special place.
