Exchange old phones and clothes for cash
Recycling an old phone is made simple at Fnac, which will take any phone and may even give a money-off voucher in return.
Take the phone to the shop service desk or check the website (tinyurl.com/k3q5chs) to see how much you will receive – but be prepared to get just a few euros.
Clothing firm H&M has also changed its recycling incentive, offering 15% off any purchase for a bag of three items, instead of the old €5 reduction.
