Recipe: FONTAINEBLEAU
Ingredients, serves 2-3
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- ½ cup fromage blanc
Method
- In a chilled bowl with a hand-held electric mixer (or a whisk if you would like the exercise), whip the cream with the sugar until it forms soft peaks.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in the fromage blanc until evenly incorporated. Cover and keep in the refrigerator until serving, or serve right away.
