French recipe: Fontainebleau

Recipe: FONTAINEBLEAU

Ingredients, serves 2-3

1 cup heavy cream, chilled
3 tablespoons icing sugar
½ cup fromage blanc

Method

In a chilled bowl with a hand-held electric mixer (or a whisk if you would like the exercise), whip the cream with the sugar until it forms soft peaks.

Using a rubber spatula, fold in the fromage blanc until evenly incorporated. Cover and keep in the refrigerator until serving, or serve right away.
