36-hour railway strike next week

FOUR rail unions are have confirmed plans for a 36-hour nationwide strike next Wednesday, February 3.
The walkout will severely disrupt services between 20.00 on February 2 and 8.00 on February 4.
France's biggest rail union CGT-Cheminots announced the plans last month. It has now been joined by three others: Unsa, CFDT and Sud Rail.
They are protesting against changes to the SNCF freight business and plans to cut 1,400 jobs this year.
