Air France adds fuel surcharge

National carrier adds €2 to domestic flights and €10 to long hauls as fuel prices continue their rise.

AIR France is adding a fuel surcharge to all tickets as a result of rising oil prices.

As of April 22, all tickets will have an extra fee of €2 per single domestic journey, €4 on medium length flights and €10 for long-haul flights.

A statement by the company said the tariff would be halved once the price of oil stabilised below $100 a barrel and would be removed when it stabilised below $95.
