Bac results start to go online
Check the baccalauréat listings for your académie when they go up on website
ANYONE awaiting their baccalauréat results will be able to consult the lists online once their ‘académie’ publishes them.
Some academies get results up quicker than others, with Aix-Marseille leading the way at 8.00, followed by Lyon and Reims at 8.30. The académies of Paris, Créteil and Versailles in Ile-de-France will not be posting theirs until 10.00.
Candidates in Besançon chew their fingernails until 15.00.
This year 684,734 students sat their bac exams in more than 4,200 exam centres and the papers were marked by 170,000 markers.
The education.gouv.fr website has a map linking to the academies’ results pages across France for students to check their results - although the vast majority of students find out on the noticeboards at school.
