Celibate priest becomes a grandad
Rennes cathedral curé Abbé Bernard Heudré has become a grandfather.
As priests are celibate, the surprise news comes because the father adopted a young Rwandan student, Peter, in 2015. Peter had lost his parents in the 1994 genocides and has married a parishioner Pauline. They have a daughter, Noémie.
