France will open Euro 2016 soccer tournament at Stade de France, official timetable reveals
HOSTS France will kick off the 2016 European Championship finals at Stade de France, according to the timetable released by the organisers.
Euro 2016 kicks off on June 10 with France's opening group match. The host nation's other two group fixtures will be played in Marseille and Lille.
The Stade de France, near Paris, will also host the final, following semi-finals in Marseille and Lyon, while the quarter-finals will be shared between Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille and the Stade de France, which will stage seven matches in total.
Spain have won the past two European titles in 2008 and 2012.
