Flood alert for five French departments
Update (Tuesday, February 4): Three departments are still on flood alert, until Wednesday 5 at 6:00.
These are Marne, Meuse, Ardennes.

Five departments have been placed on orange alert for flooding due to rain in the north-east of France.
The departments affected are Ardennes, Marne, Meuse, Moselle and Bas-Rhin.
The national weather forecaster, Météo-France is asking residents to take extra care and not to attempt to navigate any flooded road, whether driving or walking.
The alert is raised until Tuesday, February 4 at 6:00.
